1. Photo Upload and Signatures
As part of the registration process, you are required to upload the following:
- Photos: Clear, recent photos of the student, mother, father, and guardian (if applicable).
- Signatures: Digital signatures of the student and all guardians mentioned.
Ensure all uploads meet the size and format guidelines provided on the registration form.
2. Application Form and Payment
- Review Details: Carefully read all camp details, rules, and terms before proceeding.
- Complete the Application: Fill in the online application form with accurate information about the chosen camp.
- Payment: Make the camp fee payment through our secure payment gateway. Choose the correct account details based on your camp duration:

3. Confirmation and Admission
- Once the payment is successful, you will receive an SMS confirmation with your Registration ID.
- An Entrance Card and Fee Receipt will be emailed to the email address provided in the application.
4. Download Entrance Card
If you do not receive the entrance card via email, you can download it directly from our website:
- Visit www.mcfcamp.in
- Use your Registration ID to access the “Print Entrance Card” option on the homepage.

1. Entrance Card
- Without this card, admission to the camp will not be permitted.
- Damaged cards will not be accepted.
- Ensure the card bears the MCF Stamp, or it will be considered invalid.
2. Pick-Up Points
- Pick-up locations are fixed; students will not be picked up from unauthorized points.
- If you have questions about the pick-up point or need a change, contact us at the provided number.
3. Medical Certificate
- Bring a valid Medical/Fitness Certificate dated within five days prior to the camp start date.
- Entry will be prohibited without this certificate.
4. Time Schedule
- Pick-up and drop-off schedules are subject to change.
