At MCF Camp, our rules and regulations ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all cadets. Every participant is expected to adhere to these guidelines to make the camp a positive and enriching experience.
Cadets Responsibilities
1. Cell Phone Policy
- No cell phones are allowed during the camp.
- Scheduled times will be provided for cadets to call their parents.
2. Punctuality and Attendance
- Cadets must attend all instructional sessions, team practices, and games on time.
3. Respect and Courtesy
- Cadets must listen to all staff and treat everyone with courtesy and respect at all times.
4. Team Movement
- Cadets must always move with their team and instructors when transitioning between activities.
5. Campus Boundaries
- Leaving the campus without permission from a camp instructor is strictly prohibited.
6. Dorm Access
- Cadets should only visit dorm areas when accompanied by an instructor.
Lost and Found Policy
1. Personal Belongings
- Clearly label all belongings with the cadet’s full name to avoid misplacement.
2. Responsibility
- While we aim to create a safe environment, the camp is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
3. Lost and Found Area
- Misplaced items will be stored in the Lost and Found section at the camp office.
4. Staff Assistance
- Our staff will assist cadets in keeping track of their belongings throughout the camp.
Note - Prohibited Items:
- Smartwatches, mobile phones, earbuds, cameras, toys, or any valuable items are strictly not allowed during the camp.
Do and Don't During the Camp
To ensure a smooth and enriching camp experience, cadets must follow these responsibilities:

- Always ask for help whenever needed.
- Fully participate and enjoy all activities.
- Be helpful and assist others if needed.
- Share things and promote teamwork.
- Have fun and make the most of the experience!
Dont’s:
- Do not misbehave with instructors or cadets.
- Do not miss any scheduled activities.
- Do not expect others to do your work.
- Do not judge others or engage in misconduct.
- Remember, this is a self-learning camp.
