Meet The Team
Mr. Ganesh Borate
Director – Marshal Cadet Force
He started MCF with a big vision to give responsible citizens to our motherland, and he started giving unique training programs to schools, and now he has 70 schools in the whole of Maharashtra. He has been successfully running the CTC and ATC camps for the past 13 years. He believes in creating an impact on society, and camp cadets and their parents have a proven certificate for MCF programs and camps. Outdoors, adventure, nature, and wildlife camp experiences comprise challenging experiences, both physical and emotional, that lead to new awareness, sensitivity, and understanding in the cadets.
The important aspect of the outdoor, adventure, and nature camp is to explore nature with an element of curiosity and creative anxiety at every step. Therefore, it helps the learner experience and understand how he or she navigates the unknown challenge and further develops his or her capacity to become self-reliant, independent, confident, and caring. as well as adventure activities, commando training, and military training. I want all enrollment cadets to make self-defense courage and grow in confidence to work for the future of India.

Feeling Nature with Adventure Life
Established in 2009, Marshal Cadet Force is synonymous with excellence, having conducted 13 annual summer camps and 14 Diwali/Christmas vacations. Our dedicated staff, composed of seasoned ex-military personnel up to the rank of Brigadier, ensures the success of each camp under the supervision of a Captain. With a focus on commando training for children aged 7-21, our picturesque Panchgani camps not only provide a unique blend of enjoyment and learning but also instill life-saving skills, resilience, and coping mechanisms in the face of adversity.
Supported by a 24*7 medical/ambulance facility, MCF is committed to creating an environment where children thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
